Executives will complete the GlobeSmart Assessment Profile online to discover their preferred style of communication and how they compare with the average profile of other countries, understand the key dimensions of communication style and how to better communicate with their employees and executives from other cultures. This workshop will focus on understanding the sources of Cross-Cultural miscommunication, contrasting styles of communication across cultures, and how to communication more effectively to achieve intended results.
